From established regional favourites to smaller, independent makers, each one is chosen for their reliability, provenance and shared commitment to raising the bar. Stokes
Stokes is a firm favourite among our customers, with their commitment to quality clear in every product. From rich relishes to classic sauces, there’s an accompaniment for every dish. Their popularity and flavour make them one of our most consistent and well-loved ranges.
Our favourites are Ketchup, Red Onion Marmalade and the Chilli jam.
Seasoned & Spiced
We’re proud to offer an exclusive range of mustards crafted in Norfolk to our specifications. Their latest ketchup joins our ever-popular harissa paste, and both are already proving to be stand-out favourites in kitchens across the region.
The Norfolk English Mustard is made using mustard powder from the world's finest producer, meaning this product is up there with the very best.
Fen Farm Dairy
Fen Farm is fast becoming a household name. Their attention to detail across every step of the process makes them a standout local producer. We’ve been a part of their story since the very early production stages and love seeing their customer base continue to grow.
No introduction is needed thanks to the growing popularity of Baron Bigod, but we were one of the very first customers when Fen Farm started their cheese production. The recent addition of Raedwald to the Fen Farm repertoire caused a huge stir in spring; we are looking forward to that cycling round again next year.
Wrights
Our weekly Wrights Flour delivery brings a broad selection of high-quality flour to kitchens of all sizes. Millers for over 150 years, their experience and passion for craft are evident in every bag. A trusted name in baking.
One of our staples is their Norfolk Grown Strong White, made using wheat from the Holkham Estate. Proper British local produce.
We also love Sonata, based on a Caputo, and uses the same protein. It makes a great Neapolitan style pizza base and is quickly growing in popularity.
Good Cocoa & Beyond
With sustainability at its core, Good Cocoa & Beyond have created their signature Favorich Chocolate using top-quality ingredients. Based near Sudbury, they prioritise UK suppliers and complement our range of baking and couverture chocolates perfectly.

Tiptree
The Wilkin family have been growing and preserving fruit since 1885. Today, the Tiptree name is trusted in homes and professional kitchens alike. We’re proud to stock a wide range of their award-winning conserves, marmalades and spreads.
Tiptree are still the best in the business, and our favourites continue to be their Strawberry and Raspberry Jams. With some things, its best to stick to the classics. Now where’s my toast?
Brown Bag
Brown Bag Crisps are proudly never seen in supermarkets. Phil and Viv remain dedicated to supporting independents and keeping production truly British, sourcing their potatoes, packaging, and seasonings from local companies wherever possible.
We recommend their Tiger Prawn & Chilli! A delicious and authentic twist on the classic prawn cocktail, with an added layer of subtle heat.
Mr Filberts
Mr Filberts offers a premium selection of snacks that elevate any front-of-house setting. Made with fresh herbs and foraged produce, their products combine great flavour with beautifully simple ingredient lists. Perfect for gifting, snacking, and sharing.
The Bloomsbury Mix is the perfect blend of sweet, salty and smokey... a real favourite here.
Maitre Andre
Our Belgian pastry range includes both vegan and all-butter options in puff and shortcrust. Maitre Andre’s pastry is a staple for many of the commercial kitchens we supply and continues to be one of our most in-demand products.
The Traditional All Butter is the best pastry ready to roll in existence. We also stock the ever-popular vegan alternative too.
Corman
We’ve stocked Corman’s French patisserie butter sheets since 2020. Their introduction has helped us supply larger bakeries and patisseries across the region, offering consistent quality and superior results in laminated doughs.
We are currently the only importer of Corman patisserie butter sheets in East Anglia.

Anglian Chemicals is known for its outstanding customer service, a value they’ve upheld since their beginnings over 30 years ago. Alongside a growing product range, they remain one of our most trusted partners for commercial janitorial supplies.
A notable product is the Rapide 1ltr Concentrate - a real game changer in cost savings within the kitchen cleaning world. Another great local company based in Fakenham.
